Eligibility Criteria:
1. You can apply to any position of the same grade level or one level above.
2. You are eligible to apply for an Internal job Posting if you have been through One Performance cycle at Compass Group India.
3. A lateral movement through an IJP is possible if you have who has been in the current role for a minimum of 24 months.
4. You can apply for a maximum of three positions at any given time.
5. In case you reject an offer, your cool off period will be for 18 months i.e. you will be eligible to apply for another Internal Job posting only after 18 months.
6. Any exceptions from the above points shall be with the Lead- Talent Recruitment for Compass Group India.
7. Change in Compensation and/or designation change depends on the role in question as compared to your profile fitment.
